Mobile Plumber
Location: Crawley/Guildford
We're recruiting a Mobile Plumber for a leading FM provider to cover various retail banking sites and other commercial properties from Crawley to Guildford.
Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Plumber:
Provide plumbing and building maintenance services across multiple client sites, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations. Perform general building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks. Respond to callouts as required on the rota. Ensure timely and professional completion of all tasks, exceeding client expectations. Essential Qualifications/Skills for a Mobile Plumber:
Proven experience in plumbing and building maintenance, ideally in commercial environments. Level 2 City & Guilds in Plumbing Strong fault–finding, maintenance, and installation skills. Previous experience in reactive maintenance and callout services. A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
