Description

An exciting opportunity to join an established company as an LEV / Air Quality Field Engineer.

Working in the South of England you will be expected to deliver high quality H&S Compliance Testing for our existing and new customers.

Requirements for this role will involve being able to carry out P601 Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilations together with a good knowledge of Air systems flows / compressors. You should have up to date knowledge of LEV testing. Additionally, you will be carrying out BAQ Testing and Face Fit Testing, training would be given if necessary.

Having previously come from an Engineering background with a recognised qualification such as: Apprenticeship/IOSHH/HNC/IPAF/PSMA, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through our internal framework and further extend your skills through external qualifications.

The ideal applicant will be required to maintain our high standards and report back to the operational division daily to ensure all jobs are completed.

Responsibilities will include:

Collating information following testing on site and submit details via an internal portal (training will be given as applicable). Liaising with the operational division regarding, remedial work or any other issues found whilst on site. Must have experience of Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to use an IPAD would be a distinct advantage. As representing our company, act in a professional manner, be organised and have good time keeping. Must be able to develop positive relationships with customers whilst representing our Company. Hold full UK driving license as will have the use of a company vehicle during working hours. This role will sometimes include overnight stops which will be arranged in advance, expenses and accommodation paid.
