A global Energy company are recruiting a International Tax Manager to join their team. This role can be fully remote or based in their headquarters in London. As a result of rapid growth, the FTSE Listed business are now expanding their team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage cross–border tax riskOversee transfer pricing aspects and optimise group strategy and position in global marketsDrive strategic growth by complying with international lawsProvide advice in relation to the company entering new markets and jurisdictionsLiaise with Tax advisorsSupport on M&A related work Qualifications:
CTA/ ACA/ ACCA/ ATT qualified
Ideally a Senior Manager or experienced Manager from practice or minimum 2 years of industry experience
