Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management
Location: Blackfriars, London
Salary: 48,000 per annum
Contract: Full–time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team at a prestigious site in Blackfriars. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer looking to work in a fast–paced, client–facing environment within a supportive and forward–thinking FM company.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systemsDiagnose and repair electrical faults across a range of building servicesEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresMaintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activitiesSupport additional works and small projects as requiredLiaise with clients and other team members to ensure a high level of service deliveryRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)Proven experience in commercial FM or building servicesStrong fault–finding and problem–solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
