We handle everything from hardware and software to installation, maintenance, and creative content, delivering a complete end–to–end service to our clients.

As our Content Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our content and creative teams running like clockwork. You don't need to be an expert in digital signage – what we're looking for is a strong people manager who can keep projects moving, support a talented team, and ensure the day–to–day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team of account managers, account executives, and designersCreating a collaborative, positive, and high–performing team environmentManaging team capacity, balancing workloads, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising qualityStreamlining processes to improve efficiency and communicationActing as the link between the content teams and senior leadershipMonitoring project timelines and addressing potential bottlenecks earlyOverseeing onboarding and training for new startersWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience leading and managing cross–functional teams, ideally in a creative or content–driven environmentExcellent communication, organisational, and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demandsA people–first mindset with empathy and emotional intelligenceBonus points for:

Experience in digital signage, media, or creative industriesFamiliarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or (url removed)What's In It for You
