We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CNC Router Programmer/Operator to join their manufacturing team in Sharston. This is a days–only role offering stability, a competitive hourly rate, and excellent employee benefits.
Duities & Responsibilities:
Program and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC routers (Vectric / Aspire, Thermwood desirable)
Review technical drawings and data to produce precision seat plastics components
Optimise production efficiency through effective CAD–CAM nesting
Maintain workshop machinery in line with company safety standards
Work closely with other departments to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 3 years' experience programming and operating CNC routers
Skilled in 5–axis programming (Thermwood experience an advantage)
Knowledge of SolidWorks
Confident in reading engineering drawings and using standard measuring equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Shifts & Salary:
16.50 – 17.00 per hour
