Civils Project Manager

Description

I am currently seeking a Permanent Project Manager to work with a UK Contractor on a Civils Groundworks Project in Bristol.

This role would include but not be limited to the below

Management of the programme & minimising / eliminating potential programme delaysMaintain responsibility for commercial performance of the projectBe responsible for the successful delivery of projectsEnsuring the project is running smoothly to time and agreed budgets.Ensuring H&S policy is followed at all timesEnsure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

The Ideal Candidate will have

Previous experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Agent or similarSolid commercial acumen with experience of NEC contractsCSCS, SMSTS, 2x ReferencesRelevant experience within Civils, Groundworks, Drainage, Service InstallationDegree within Engineering, Construction or similar
