Full Time Permanent Occasional Travel & Evening/Weekend Work Required

Preparing, setting up, and operating audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment for live eventsSupporting the technical delivery of events on–site – ensuring everything runs smoothlyLoading, unloading, and checking kit pre– and post–eventLiaising with clients, producers, and internal teams to meet event requirementsTroubleshooting and problem–solving on the fly to keep events running at a high standardMaintaining and caring for equipment – ensuring it's in top working conditionWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience in live events AV – ideally across corporate and/or creative eventsHands–on skills with sound desks, projectors, LED screens, microphones, lighting rigs, and video playback systemsA great communicator who stays calm under pressureStrong organisational skills and a good level of technical troubleshootingA full UK driving licence (preferable) and willingness to travel as requiredWhether you're a seasoned tech or an ambitious mid–level technician looking to step into bigger events and more complex AV set–ups, this is a brilliant opportunity to take your career to the next level.
