They are now looking for a talented, technically proficient Architect to join their London team and play a central role in delivering one of their landmark aviation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and coordinate design across all RIBA stages (0–7), with a strong focus on stages 4–6

– Guide junior staff and project assistants, ensuring high–quality, on–time outputs

– Maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with BIM and quality standards

– Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, managing meetings and approvals effectively

– Proactively identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring any change is well documented and agreed

– Uphold quality assurance processes and contribute to internal audits

What They're Looking For:

– Qualified Architect with ARB registration

– Experience working across RIBA stages 4–6

– Strong REVIT proficiency – essential

– Background in aviation or large–scale infrastructure projects

– Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing

– Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp

– Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities

– Self–motivated, deadline–driven, and team–oriented with a proactive mindset
