The 120 cross trainer's console has 5 functions: calories burnt, distance covered, duration of workout, speed and heart rate with sensors located on the handlebars.
This cross trainer is an entry-price model with 7 built-in programmes developed with our coaches to support your workouts.
They allow you to adapt your workout to your goals (weight loss, getting back in shape, toning, performance, etc.).
Your 120 cross trainer is equipped with heart rate sensors. After a few seconds, your heart rate will appear on the screen of your console.
The Hand-Pulse function (measures heart rate through the hands) should not be used by people wearing a pacemaker.
