Attended our residential premises that had been subject of a burglary in February. Nathan attended promptly, listened to our concerns and advised accordingly. A price was agreed for a CCTV and alarm system and a date for installation was scheduled. Nathan was polite, prompt, very respectful to our premises when working internally and externally. Professional throughout his visit and extremely knowledgeable about the products and patient when explaining how it all worked. As a recently retired police officer I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Extremely Professional well groomed young man and very approachable he explained step by step of the process involved and abided by all privacy too other neighbours. This Company Assured AV Security especially Nathan Reid boomed years of experience in technology and especially greatly knowledgeable in various types of cctv equipment and was happy to variate how the different cctv worked in comparison to the most updated modern version of AI cctv what Nathan offered is the best quality and quantity. I felt very comfortable having no modern technology experience myself but the information Nathan explained to me was in full no hidden catches on our first telephone discussion. Nathan is a credit to the Company Assured AV Security and has excellent managerial skills and experience. I found him during the first telephone conversation not trying to sell his products that he works with but an open book of reasons and explanations to any of my questions and I felt satisfied during the call that I freely made the decision to book his thorough procedure I was not pressurised like I felt with a lot of Company’s that contacted me they were not keen to discuss various equipment used just to book the work under those pressurised circumstances telephoning late of the evening and constantly was so off putting that I shut down. Which is how I was able to detect immediately the difference in approach of Assured AV Security. Nathan arrived prompt extremely polite and very caring of my needs in my wheelchair Nathan was happy to explain the next procedure and he asked me questions that I had not realised and they were too benefit my own needs. On completion of his work which was mess free and in guidance to Health and Safety he abided by keeping all his tools together out of my pathway. Nathan was not a typical tradesmen that requires ten cups of tea prior to actually commencing work. Nathan immediately proceeded with a lot of patience as I trouble to store new information and he was happy too repeat and he never made a point of noticing which made me feel so relaxed he has a bright energy personality and completed a fantastic job he showed me pictures of camera positioning as he proceeded to save me keep going outside in my wheelchair and the end results is absolutely perfect neat and tidy no damage to walls and fitted with great care due to attention. I would easily recommend this Company and Nathan I can honestly confirm I was not asked to make a comment on here it was only cancelling my request on Bark.com that I gave full gold stars and I would highly recommend to any person or Company that requires colour in the day colour in the night and top of the ranged equipment used and fitted so professionally. We already had an alarm installed 4 years ago, so needed find an engineer who could adapt it us. Spoke to several alarm engineers who said it wasn't possible so we would need a new alarm installed. Nathan was able to do the adaption for us, at a fraction of the price for new alarm installation. Hence we will be using Nathan in future for any.servicing or alarm enquiries we have. Would definitely recommend him.
