Ben was very prompt in replying to our request. He explained everything so well and I felt at ease booking with the £100 deposit. There was a delay with our engineer arriving and we were kept updated throughout the afternoon. Our engineer Gareth was great and worked late to make sure our EV Charger was installed as promised. Would definitely recommend Aurora EV to family and friends in future.
