Matt is superbly knowledgeable in this market. We discussed lots of options and Matt designed a scheme that suited my needs at the right price. His customer service is outstanding, his crews were absolutely brilliant on site. I cannot recommend highly enough and would use again without any hesitation. We are very pleased with the whole experience of having our solar panel system installed by Matt and his team. Matt himself catered exactly for our requirements and took time to carry out a couple of site visits in person prior to commencing the project. He was very much hands on during the installation phase and involved personally throughout the project.He worked well with other trades on site, including builders and scaffolders. He has always been prompt, reliable and personable. He took time to explain the pros and cons of various energy tariffs and helped us complete all required paperwork once the install was complete. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I have already been approached by a neighbour who had commented how good the system looked and how efficiently it was handled. Well done Matt and your team - a well earned 5 stars !

I choose this company after having visits and quotes from other companies. I did some research but did not know the company or anyone that used them. The salesman Charles was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. He accepted what I thought that I wanted and did not try to upsell extra equipment etc, but made some well informed suggestions as my installation on my garage roof was over 50 meters from my house and fuse box. As it was a complicated installation he called Matthew (the company owner) and we discussed the situation together. This was very re assuring as I was able to speak to someone that actually installed the product. (Other salesmen had to give me answers via email some time later). I went through the written quote and when I asked a couple of questions, they were answered by either Charles or Matthew very quickly. Other companies replied a week later or were difficult to get hold of. When my Tesler 3 Powerwall was available, we arranged an installation date and on that day a team of 4 arrived to do the job. All members of the team were totally professional, and took time to listen to how and where I wanted the eqipment placed. When there was a problem with an alarm cable, a solution was found and the fix was authorised straight away. I was really happy with how it all went. Matthew came to make sure that everything was going well and spent time telling me about the functions of the Tesler system and how the power exporting works. One of the components was not working properly on final test. There was no problem, one of the team (Sean) came back the next day and installed the replacement. He then went through the verias 'apps'. and my system. So in brief:- Good price, professional informed, non pushy salesman. Excellent access to the 'Boss' who could sort out and authorise adjustments. Really good, professional, hard working, installation team that knew the product and were neat and tidy. (Mine was not an easy install). I am convinced that, if in the future, I have an issue, Matthew and the team will sort it out without a fuss. I'm more than happy to give this review and very happy to recomend Angus Renewables.
