Thanks so much to the FPS team for providing a top tier service during our important construction works. I am glad I hired FPS to oversee works, as my husband and I were being harassed and intimidated. Having someone competent (i) keep watch during the day (ii) make notes on any negative behaviours and (iii) act as a witness, allowed my builders to work in peace. A security officer is more than just a tall person in a high visibility vest, they need to be smart and quick thinking to handle situations that can spiral out of control. These are rare skills that the team demonstrate. There are some very sick people in this world, but the FPS team were able to deal with the situation well and help protect the people in need! Security were extremely professional! Answer time - super quick! Before we agreed for specific time I was assured I can contact them 24/7 and to get instant reply - it was exactly as described!!! I would highly recommend this company! On separate note I would like to highlight security officer Karim who was accompanying me! He was very polite and super professional and I felt very secure having him next to me, I never hired security before, but this how it should be to my understanding !!!!
