Job Title: PCB Assembler – Micro PCB & BGA Rework
Location: Telford
Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Day Shifts
Are you an experienced PCB Assembler with a strong background in micro PCB work, fine-pitch soldering, and BGA-level rework? This is your chance to become part of a forward-thinking electronics company that values quality, precision, and its people.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in PCB assembly (microelectronics and fine-pitch components)
- Proven soldering skills to BGA rework level (surface mount & through-hole)
- Experience working under a microscope for detailed PCB tasks
- Strong rework skills, including desoldering and component replacement
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, solder, and rework micro PCBs to precise specifications
- Carry out fine-pitch soldering and BGA rework
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build documents
- Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies
- Maintain tools, soldering irons, and workstations to a high standard
