Description
RMR are looking to bring on more Nurses as a top tier supplier to a number of NHS Trusts in the Following areas.
* Ayrshire
* Dumfires
* Glasgow
* Edinburgh
* Dundee Aberdeen
* Inverness
* Orkney islands
We are now looking for a number of Staff Nurses for block bookings and flexible shifts in these locations. The working hours are flexible as the hospital has vacancies for on-going days and nights either full or part time and are looking for us to fill the rota 24/7. So whether you are a locum Nurse looking for your next opportunity, or you are already working but want some extra hours then this would be perfect.
Some roles which will need your full attention would be:
· Identifying, planning and delivering individualised nursing care
· Carrying out necessary risk assessments
· Working as a member of the multidisciplinary team and as a key nurse
· Taking charge of the unit in the absence of a more senior member of staff
· Providing support and leadership to junior members of the team
