Are you an experienced & driven Property Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of residential (& potentially mixed-use) properties in & around the Bristol area.

In this key role, you'll be the main point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, & Leaseholders - delivering outstanding management services while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation & regulations.

What you'll be doing:

Property Inspections & Maintenance: conducting inspections & preparing reports

Financial Management: handling budgets & client accounts

Insurance: managing building, Directors, & Officers insurance

Meetings: organising EGMs, AGMs, Directors' & Residents' meetings

Administration: managing correspondence & admin duties

Lease Compliance: addressing breaches of the lease

Contractor Management: coordinating with contractors

Property Sales: managing the assignment of leases

Complaints: handling & resolving issues
