Credit and Returns Supervisor

Description

We are currently recruiting for a Credits and Returns Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Leatherhead, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take the next step in their career

Monday - Friday

7.30 – 17.00 (42.5 hours per week) + Overtime

£30k - £32k + Bonuses

Duties include:

* Handle goods in and out, ensuring seamless credit and return processes in a busy parts environment

* Work with manufacturers to resolve issues, manage credits, and handle customer queries with confidence

* Excellent communication skills to keep customers well-informed and satisfied

* Investigate damaged or missing parts

* Query why parts have been returned

* Process all necessary credit transactions efficiently and accurately

* Respond promptly and professionally to email and phone enquiries

Ideal candidate:

* Self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team, supporting colleagues with a can-do attitude

* Strong computer literacy

* Experience with DMS systems, preferably but not essentially Pinnacle
