Job Title: Electronic Technician - Electronics Manufacturing
Location: Durham, North East
Salary: £27,000 to £28,300 basic + bonus + benefits
Verso Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled Electronic Technician to join a renowned technology company in the Newcastle area. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of cutting-edge products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment and components within the companies manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities for the Electronic Technician:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults down to component level on various electronic products.
- Repair, rework and solder components with precision and accuracy.
- Understanding of electronic principles and circuit diagrams/schematics.
- Able to diagnose faults and feed that information back into the team.
Required Experience and Skills for the Electronic Technician:
- Proven ability to fault-find to component level
- Hands-on experience with rework and precision soldering.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to document repairs and findings effectively.
