Description
Probably stolen and dumped when it ran out of charge (hence no charger).
Posted on 31 sites a month ago, (no takers), police contacted, (not interested), so now it is up for sale.
It has a couple of unique features, so for one last try, if my assumption is true, it can go to the original owner, otherwise it will be sold to the first caller.
