Engwe M20 ebike 2x battery 48v20Ah+48v13Ah (1584Wh combined) with upgraded parts

Description

This is a used Engwe m20 Ebike.
Includes two chargers. One for each battery pack

Can be limited to 25km/h 15.5mph to meet legal public road requirements and can be unlimited for off-road use. Top speed around 28mph when not limited.
Has been used for only around 500km

The following parts have been upgraded:
Rear spring shock (stock one is really bad)
second battery added (triangle 48v 20ah)
Dual piston Hydraulic disc brakes and rotors (these have been installed just before listing the bike and are brand new, have only been used to bed in the pads)
A 5mm torque arm has been added for extra peace of mind
Right side mirror

Issues with the bike:
One of the front lights does not work, the other works perfectly. May be a wiring issue
Bike has fallen on the right side and may have scuffs/scratches which dont impact the performance in the following areas:
Small pea sized tear in the seat
Right grip
Right side of top battery
Rear of frame
Derailleur is damaged. Works fine in single speed

Newly installed brake calipers, pads and discs
Alarm system with keyfob
Enough space in the controller compartment for a tracker such as an airtag or gps tracker.
Rear brake light which lights up when brake levers are depressed.
