Reehut’s adjustable weight-bearing sand bags use a segmented design with five small pockets; each small pocket has five evenly distributed small sandbags, and each small sandbag weighs 1 pound. The weight can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing the number of small sandbags to adjust the weight, so as to suit to different people's needs and different types of training.
