Description
An Opti cast iron dumbbell weight set, ideal for bicep curls and tricep exercises. Currently retails for around £60 new.
Weights on each bar are adjustable and secured by a spinlock system.
Weights included are:
4x 2.5kg
4x 1.25kg
4x 0.5kg
2x 3kg bar
Allowing for a maximum of 20kg of weight on a bar.
