Ducati 900SS, 1992

Description

Selling my 1992 900SS, owned by me since Feb 2011.
White frame, black wheel model. Mileage is 28050.

Bike is running the following:
FCR 41’s carbs with Fastbikegear TPS & mount fitted,
Ignitech ignition unit fitted,
Hi Level Black Widow stainless exhausts with stainless exhaust mounts and link pipes.
Standard Ignition units come with the bike,
PureTec Lightweight Flywheel,
Front suspension set up and re-valve from MCT Suspension,
Shock Factory Rear shock bought new,
Exact start upgraded starter leads,
MRA Double Bubble Screen,
Pirelli Angle GT Tyres, (360 miles from new),
Koso Heated grips with integrated controller (looks very neat and they work well),
USB socket (with built-in voltage meter) and DIN socket.

Original Ducati Red seat cover.
Fuel tank recently stripped and new filters fitted, hoses fitted,
New original unmolested airbox cover.
K&N Air Filter Fitted and recently oiled etc,
Ducabike Red Anodised Oil Breather Valve,
Goodridge Braided hoses throughout,
Decent LED conversion for headlights.
Chain and sprockets in great condition.

I replaced the front and rear brake discs and pads a few years back but they have not done many miles!
Quiet clutch pack mod along with new friction plates when fitted,
New Anodised clutch plate and basket fitted at the same time.
Drilled original alloy clutch cover.
New belts and pulley bearings fitted March 2023 @ 27,407 miles.
Good battery, been on a Optilead tender when not riding.
Rectifier has been replaced in my ownership through caution rather than need with an Electric World RR51 unit.
Other hoses and fittings fitted as required etc

A comprehensive file with original paperwork comes with the bike including the original warranty & maintenace booklet, MOT's, lots of Ducati service history from the original supplying dealer (Chris Clarkes and then St Neots Motorcycles and Carl Harrison when i bought the bike)

The bike will come with some spares that i have.

Bike is in overall original unrestored condition, its not pristine and there are a couple of marks here and there, worst is on the tank which the previous owner did and has been touched up. For complete transparency the front fairings and nose fairing have been vinyl wrapped in Ducati Red with new decals to suite, they look great.

This bike has been loved. No test rides without payment in full.
