With very rare vintage Geo Cummings & Son Drum badge attached.
In excellent condition considering these are around 60 years old.
According to the original Dallas London catalogue printed in the 1960s (extract attached)

Authentically shaped, carefully paired and matched. Entirely new models suitable for hand or stick playing as counter hoops tension below top edge of shell. Complete with fitting to attach to bass drum. Chromium plated metal.
