Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Loughborough
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8 AM – 1 PM). Flexible working options available for the right candidate.

We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy Loughborough branch. If you take pride in delivering first-class service and repairs, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards
*
Carry out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC) and provide customer advice
*
Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently to the highest standard
*
Source and fit required parts
*
Conduct final safety inspections before handing vehicles back
*
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
*
Follow all company policies, health & safety requirements, and industry regulations
*
Undertake ongoing training to keep skills current
*
Mentor apprentices when needed
What We’re Looking For:
*
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a full UK driving licence
*
Manufacturer experience is an advantage but not essential
*
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*
Great customer service and clear communication abilities
*
Well organised with good time management
