Job Role: Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
Location: Cirencester (Gloucestershire)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + performance related bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays (additional pay)

A great and rare opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their modern ARC, based in the Cirencester (Gloucestershire) area. The position of Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) requires the individual to assess / estimate accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method. An ATA is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.
Duties will include:
* Create accurate, right first time repair assessments
* Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems
* Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
* Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
