We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Executive working within an Automotive Trade Parts Operation, in the Blackburn area.

Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor / Parts Sales Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries – implementing strong customer skills in the process.

Accurately identifying parts and process them into customers orders effectively.

Showcase strong professionalism, even if complaints come to fruition.

Interacting with internal departments, to check over stock availability and delivery.

Maintaining accurate admin records.Requirements:

Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Sales Department.

A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public

An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service

Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems

Strong IT proficiency.

Strong telephone etiquette.The salary for this Parts Advisor position is up to £28,000, with an OTE of £35,000.

Hours of work in this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, with 1-in-3 Saturdays on an 8:00am – 1:00pm schedule.
