What You Will Do:

- Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers to creatively transform static design elements into dynamic and engaging brand expressions.

- Develop and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance HMI and UI/UX content across diverse digital platforms.

- Maintain visual consistency and cohesion across multiple interactions within brand experiences.

- Work with stakeholders across interdependent design functions to ensure seamless delivery of motion design solutions.

- Leverage your expertise in 2D and 3D motion design to deliver beautifully crafted assets that align with the broader brand identity system.

- Support programme timing and deliverables with your creative input and technical expertise.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in motion design, gained in both agency and corporate settings.

- Demonstrable knowledge of Interaction Design and Animation principles, including timing and easing.

- Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Animate, Cinema4D, Blender, and Houdini.

- A good understanding of rendering processes, technologies, and techniques, with Unreal Engine experience being a plus.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultures, geographies, and time zones.
