Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester within a fast-fit auto centre located in Bedford.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Career progression opportunities within a trusted and growing automotive groupDuties include but are not limited to:
Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles.
Conduct diagnostics and inspections to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
Carry out work on brakes, tyres, suspension, exhausts, and wheel alignment.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality.
Maintain accurate documentation and job cards.Requirements:
A valid MOT Tester Licence (Class 4).
Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a fast-fit centre or dealership environment.
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
A positive, motivated attitude with a desire to learn and progressThe salary of this role is up to £35000 basic with OTE of £39000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmSaturday mornings, 8:30am - 12:30pm.
