Pear Recruitment – Sales Negotiator – Orpington
Salary - £23,000 plus commission £40,000 OTE
Working hours Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm – Day off during the week
Full license and own car required.

Duties to include:
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents
* Maintaining applicant database
* Negotiating offers
* Co-ordinating sales to completion
* Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
