VEHICLE MECHANIC
Basic Salary: £34,000
OTE: £40,000
Location: Newcastle
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00-12:00
Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Vehicle Mechanic looking for a new opportunity or challenge within a Car Dealership?

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Mechanic
·Performing a variety of service operations, complex diagnostics, wiring diagrams.
·Good technical skills
·Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics
·Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
·Accurately document diagnostic work
·Provide excellent customer support and advice
Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Mechanic
·MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
·At least 2 years' experience performing in-depth diagnostics
·Valid MOT Licence no essential but desirable
·Hold your own tools and toolbox
·MUST HOLD Full manual UK Driving Licence (you will be subject to licence checks)
·Right to work in the UK - no sponsorships available
