Salary: £25,625 – £28,085

Location: Thorpe Park Business Park, Leeds

Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours / week, Permanent

Are you a customer service professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for creating brilliant customer experiences? We’re seeking an experienced and positive individual to join a high-performing operations team in a vital customer-facing role.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling complex customer queries via phone and email

Supporting offshore service teams to uphold service excellence

Analysing customer feedback and suggesting improvements

Deflecting potential complaints through proactive resolution

Engaging with online reviews to protect and enhance brand reputation

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Resilience and calm under pressure

A logical thinker with excellent attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Desirable:

Experience in the energy industry

Previous work with offshore service teams
