Description

Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments.

Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices in a professional manner.

Build and maintain customer relationships

Resolve payment discrepancies and client queries efficiently.

Prepare and maintain accurate credit control reports for management review.

Assist in assessing creditworthiness of new and existing clients.

Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsProfile

A successful Credit Control professional should have:

A gained previous experience in similar Debt Advisory, Credit Control or Customer Service Role

Friendly, out going and hard working personality

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration

Willingness to progress and learnJob Offer
