This is an exciting opportunity for a Credit Control professional to join the automotive industry on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the accounting & finance department by managing credit control processes effectively.

Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts and ensure timely payments are received.

Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue invoices.

Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.

Assist in preparing reports for the accounting & finance team regarding credit control status.

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures at all times.

Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies or disputes.

Support the wider accounting & finance department with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Contribute to process improvements within the credit control function.Profile

A successful Credit Control professional should have:

Previous experience in a credit control or similar role within the accounting & finance sector.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

An ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
