Description
A early-mid 20C brown steamer trunk measuring 900cmx300cx500cm. The trunk is fabricated from hardened canvas, bound by bentwood strips, with a tin base sitting on castors, the latter requiring some fettling. The unit has a flat top useful for storage, placing objects on, or to make an occasional table, and is in presentable condition inside and out. The insides are lined with original paper. There are two metal handles on either side of the trunk and 3 clasps for closing although as usual the key is not present.
