This is as new, It is simple to use, I don’t have the instructions If you look up Ambiano review on youtube you will see demos using similiar models. This one has a single light that goes out when it reaches the correct temp. It can make one or two omelettes, fried or poached eggs and just need a wipe over to clean.
To make omelette - heat up, brush cooking plates with oil, use 1½ - 2 egg per omelette, whisk eggs with filling pour in, cook for 6 - 8 mins.
Fried eggs- heat up,add a little oil to bottom cooking plate, crack egg, cook for 2-3 mins. Poached eggs - add a little water, heat up, crack eggs into cooking. plate, cook 3- 4 mins. Viewing welcome with no obligation to buy.
