We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Live-out Housekeeper/Ladies Maid to support a Principal in a distinguished and fully staffed Victorian residence in Henley-on-Thames. This is a formal household where the utmost professionalism, attention to detail and respect for privacy are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private households, with proven experience in formal settings and Lady’s Maid duties, including wardrobe care, packing and unpacking and general personal assistance to the Principal as required. A uniform is to be worn during working hours, although it is not provided by the household. The role requires someone with a quiet, diligent and team-oriented approach, capable of working harmoniously alongside other members of staff while maintaining the high standards expected in such a setting.

Due to the location of the property, a driver is essential.

The position is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break and includes one weekend per month on a rota basis.

The salary offered is from £45k-£50k gpa depending on experience.
