This is my second time using WL Clean for an end of tenancy clean, and I am super impressed with the results and value for money. I am very pleased to have went with WL Clean for my end of tenancy clean. WL Clean was very accommodating and efficient in arranging for a cleaner. Lucent who came to clean the flat was very good and detailed. She did a very good job overall and I am very happy with the service overall and it was reasonably priced.

Booked Wl Clean for deep clean. They sent one of their best Anne . She was hardworking, very pleasant to communicate with and she gave her best . Used WL Clean for a urgent end of Tenancy clean, they were absolutely great! Last cleaning company let me down but WL helped me sort the job out at the last minute and really saved the day with my landlord needing a proffessional clean else i would have been charged hundreds in deposit deduction. I had a very very challenging experience with WL Clean for my end-of-tenancy clean in September. I had their cleaners come in for an EOT clean during which they broke the glass clasps inside my oven. Even with their 48 hours deposit guarantee and me informing them of this on the spot, they refused to take responsibility that the cleaners broke it (funny thing I had pictures I shared with them of the cleaners with the oven glass trying to put it back) and were extremely unresponsive for 1 entire week when I was trying to reach them over phone, emails and messages and when they finally replied, they said they can't do anything. My landlords refused to return my deposit until this was resolved. In the end, I had to arrange for replacement clasps and have a technician fix it on my own cost and I ended up raising a dispute through the banking system for this service.
