I was about to write a review when I read this. I didn’t have to write one because this mirrored my experience. I’ve had my money taken and only received a handful of cleans. I was told I’d get a refund for the weeks I had no cleaner but have not received a refund. In fact I e paid up until June. Daylight robbery. AVOID
Signed up with Cleanhome St Albans in October, having been sold the 'carefully vetted, on hand immediately should you have any questions' line. Unfortunately this didn't match up with what we experienced.
We are on our 3rd cleaner in 6 weeks. The company is extremely disorganised and doesn't seem to vet or communicate well with their team. Hiring a cleaning company was supposed to reduce our level of stress, not increase it, but sadly this hasn't been the case with Cleanhome St Albans.
When I spoke to Adam and told him I wished to terminate the contract I was told I would need to pay 4 weeks notice, which was not mentioned by Andrea before we started.
TLDR: Avoid, find yourself a more professional company.

Straightforward to set up & peace of mind that the work is being managed by Cleanhome in the background.

Discussed what I needed and how often, was told they had many cleaners and would be able to find the perfect one for my requirements. He wasn't wrong, punctual, professional and considerate. Couldn't ask for more! 😁
