I had a bit of an unusual request at no notice. I needed a narrowboat cleaned within 24 hours of asking. Lydia rang me and managed to get her team to the boat later that afternoon and left the boat - which wasnt clean - looking sparkling. Can only recommend her service highly - she listened and responded and I will certainly use them again. Great that there are people and services out there who have such an attitude to service - much appreciated

Lydia who arranged the cleaning was really friendly and helpful - the lady she assigned to me, philomena, is wonderful, she does an amazing job, my house feels and smells so clean after she has worked her magic, and she is such a lovely lady as well - I feel happy having her in my home which is so important to me

Not a reliable cleaning company. They said that every visit would be attended by 2 staff and on the 1st visit only 1 came, so took double time to do the job. On the day before the 2nd visit I contacted the manager to ask her to bring a hoover as ours was broken and got a response that they were no longer available on that day as they had new customers booked for then, when this had been an arrangement agreed with her. Better to look for some company that keeps their promises
