Description

We offer a fast and reliable property and waste clearance service to homes, schools and businesses throughout Surrey, Kent, West Sussex and London. From full house clearances, garage, loft, garden and general rubbish clearance to electrical and builders waste, we clear it all!

Our service can be up to 75% cheaper than hiring a skip and we recycle 90% of everything we clear and only use reputable, fully approved waste recycling centres.

We are a licensed Tier 1 Environment Agency waste carrier with full liability insurance and we're also on the approved list of suppliers for many local schools. Our aim is to re-use and re-distribute items that are in a good condition, such as furniture, books etc, and regularly donate these items to charity.

We offer a wait and load same day clearance service where having a skip is not possible and the waste must be removed quickly and disposed of ethically.

For larger heavier loads, we offer a skip loading service where you hire the skip and we clear and load it for you. This starts from just £50 and we do all the heavy lifting and do a full sweep and clean up afterwards.

Excellent service, from first contact Steve has been friendly professional and very helpful. During the actual clearance he and Matt were respectful of my feelings (it was my late mother's house) and worked diligently to clear the property. Definitely recommended as a company.

recently used Ezwaste to clear out a flat on behalf of a late friend, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Steve's team were absolutely brilliant—efficient, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They handled everything with great care and sensitivity, which meant a lot given the personal nature of the belongings involved. The team left the property in a great condition, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The cost was very reasonable, and the value for the level of service provided was outstanding. I’m so grateful for their help during what was an emotional time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ezwaste to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate clearance service. Will call on them again , that's for sure!
