New policy all deep cleans involves a prior visit and consultation this is mainly due to the number of scammers. Also so that expectations are the same on both sides.
For General cleans in np4 postcode I operate on a minimum 1 hour charge basis outside of np4 it’s a minimum 2 hour charge.
My rates are for a regular clean £20 per hour in np4 or £25 per hour for outside of np4. This includes all materials and products.
I can tailor packages depending on requirements.
Carpet cleaning is £55, which includes all materials.
Single Oven cleaning £50 in Cwmbran, Newport and Pontypool., £60 for a double. And outside of these areas £65 for a single oven and £70 for a double. There is a £5 extra charge for extractor hoods.
Deep cleaning is £200 and this includes carpet cleaning and an oven clean.
Extra deep clean including £250 This includes industrial materials.
Upfront deposit for both types of deep cleans of £50 to secure booking and the remainder on completion.
Unfortunately I have had the up the upfront deposit due to people ripping me off.
