Both a deep clean and a weekly cleaning services, the staff are highly professional and friendly, demonstrating a respectful and compassionate approach. Our son recently completed the purchase of his first flat and to put it bluntly it had been left in a disgusting state by the previous owners. Having listing on bark for a cleaning job Roca Care were the only company to contact me. Sven came out on a Sunday morning to assess the job and quote for the job. An oven, family bathroom and en-suite deep clean. He also said they would do the windows, kitchen cupboards and work surfaces. We arranged for the job to be done the following Friday. Sven arrived by 09.30am as arranged and my wife and I went off and left him to it. 4 hours later, we came back, what a great job had been done. A gleaming oven and kitchen area. Windows we could see out of. Family bathroom and en-suite that were clear of all staining and limescale deposits. Not only that but all the skirting boards had been wiped and the floor had been mopped. We can't thank Roca enough for the work they did to bring the flat up to a condition fit to live in. Would we recommend them to other people? Absolutely.

Very prompt reply and excellent value for money. They were very proactive in confirming arrangements. Time keeping and speed of working very good, especially as this was a large, old, beamed two bedroomed house. Final result was amazing. Cannot fault in any way. Polite and friendly. Thank you!
