Extremely pleased. Straightforward to book and everyone has been lovely to deal with from the start. Excellent attention to detail, cleaners were polite, friendly and well trained. My home has finally brought me joy again!

AVOID AT ALL COST I spent a lot of time trying to organise a deep clean with this company and dealt with the owner who was lovely. She gave me the price of £200 for the said ‘deep clean’ and took details of all rooms in my home. I explained that due to an injury i was struggling keeping my home as clean as I would like. I was assured 2 cleaners would work approximately 5 hours together to ensure the clean was done. I was also assured the cleaners would know the specific areas I needed the attention focusing on such as blinds, windows, skirting boards, doors and floors. The clean was appalling, one cleaner arrived 2 hours late. They clearly had seen no brief and initially ignored the windows and blinds upstairs. They had to be spoken to several times over the phone and the owner had to attend my home twice during the visit to instruct the cleaners. They argued. At one point after around 1.5 hours into the clean requested the clean to be cancelled immediately as it was shocking. When I asked the cleaner who did arrive on time after she had spent 50 minutes on all 3 bedrooms and my bathroom what she had done she lied and said she had cleaned the windows when they had clearly not been touched. I asked if she had lifted the blinds which were still dirty and not been cleaned to actually clean the window she said that she didn’t know how to lift the blinds so she had cleaned the window through the blinds ???? I could go on and on but it just makes me so mad. I was gutted and was left more overwhelmed than i was before. It was a total shambles!!! They knocked £100 off but I regret paying even £100 as my mirrors and parts of the windows which they eventually did try to clean were left full of smears!!! Appalling extremely disappointed to say the least! Please do not fall for this like I did. Shocking

The young lady, Maha, came and did a fantastic job, the house was sparkling when she'd finished. I really could not have 3xpected any more. On this showing l would have no problem in recommending Maid4Homes to anyone.

I had Stacey come over to clean for me for the first time today and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person or better service. Such fantastic attention to detail and nothing fazed her. Friendly and professional and a 5 star job. Thank you for arranging it for me at such last minute notice, it's like walking around a different house now 👌
