Description
XL Care Services offer person centered care for families with relations who are adults over 18years old whom are either too frail to live alone, suffer from any disease or condition that makes it difficult to live alone, or family now require external assistance and would benefit from support from a carer on a regular basis.
We will also offer person centered care for over 65s who are recovering after a stay in hospital or rehabilitation, those who are frail and cannot manage to live independently, those with mental health challenges, physical disabilities, those with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and other debilitating conditions.
