Very good first experience. The cleaner was thorough and diligently went about her business, and despite offering to assist with furniture moving did most of it herself. Very pleased, hope it continues.

I used their service for end of tenancy cleaning. The results of a "deep" cleaning were shocking. Here are some of the most notable things: 1 ALL carpets (in 3 rooms + staircase) were not cleaned by a carpet cleaner. Large lumps of dust were clearly visible on staircase. 2 One of the fridges in the house was not cleaned at all. 3 Spider webs were obviously visible in corners of the main door, staircase and a room. 4 Lime scale on all water taps (1 shower tap & 2 sinks) was obvious. 5 The kitchen hood was only cleaned on the outside. Oil was dripping from the inside when we took away the cover. Poor coordination and communication among staff was apparent as they did not keep track of what has been cleaned and what hasn't. Only after a discussion did they notice the problems I mentioned above. After listening they tried to meet our concerns. We spent 2 hours communicating what exactly was wrong (which were plenty) and waiting for them to improve on it. Despite 2 hours of extra cleaning the result was still not up to quality ie. deep cleaning standard. It was very disappointing. They also refused to give a discount for cleaning that was clearly below standard (which the staff admitted). They claimed that they were from long way and had been working for long time. I think it was not fair to customer as I had spent extra 2 hours waiting for them to complete the items 1-5. Their admin was upsetting as well. My name was spelt wrong and the amount of payment was wrong in the first invoice. Later, they sent me a payment receipt but I had not yet settled the payment by that time. I didn't take advantage of that and settled the full payment . I do think their service was not up to standard which is quite different from what I saw in Bark Reviews. My conclusion is unprofessional. Please avoid.
