Unfortunately a big let down. Multiple cancellations firstly, changed dates last moment. Showed up one day. Hired for a landscaping project. On the day was told that they underestimated the nature of the work. I agreed to pay for additional machinery for another day, they asked for 80% of the payment without doing half the job, I paid as I was promised they would come back to complete. I even agreed to may more than market rate for the hire. Since then 3 no shows. I had cancelled all my weekend plans in their anticipation. Now they are not responding to phone calls or messages. Not responding to refund requests. I purchased plants worth thousands so they could go in after they finished, now they are dying in pots and in the sun. Terrible experience, I am thinking of reporting and also will never hire them again.

I had a metal shed i needed built. I received a quote through a text message without them actually looking at the job. When they arrived they realised they had under priced the job and in all fairness to them they matched the price which I was offered from a previous company which was good of them. They took three days over a four day period , they told me they put the roof support bars in the wrong way which has left a dip in the roof. They have hung the doors which are not in alignment and i can't lock it. They said they would bolt it down to the patio which they have not. I asked them if they could pick up a floor board which I said I would pay for and pay extra for it to be laid, they did not. I'm now left with a unstable and unsafe shed which will definitely not hold up in high winds I'm just hoping it doesn't collapse with someone inside. They did message me a week later to say they would be back on Tuesday they didn't turn up. So what I thought was going to be a good professional job was not!

Insulated our loft did a really great job, good price in comparison to others. Recommend.

They carried out the work sanding the wooden floor and oiled it. The guys were friendly and turned up on time, overall a good job done .
