I am a Cleaner with over 8ys Cleaning experience. I have lots of experience doing Deep-Cleans, End of Tenancy, Standard Cleans New Build, Refurbishment Cleans, Show-Homes, Marketing Suites (plus) Lots of experience with Oven Cleans and I also have a CSCS Card....

I am trustworthy, flexible, able use my own initiative, team worker, punctual, able to communicate professionally and take my cleaning very seriously because I like to ensure great results and make sure the customer/client is happy.
I am born British
I have Very Good Communication Skills (general & professional)
High level of Cleaning Skills (with attention-to-detail).
Good Organisational Abilities (when needed)
Enthusiasm, Customer-Friendly, Caring & Understanding
Adaptability to Change and Willingness to Embrace the Cleaning Processes to Suit the Work/Job in the process.

My price is £15 per hour for your cleans (expect for end of tenancy cleans) which is detailed below:

End Of Tenancy:..... STUDIO: £110

End of Tenancy:..... 1 BEDROOM: £120

End of Tenancy.....2 BEDROOM: £140

End of Tenancy:.....3 BEDROOM £160

End of Tenancy:.....4 BEDROOM: £180

(please note: all end of tenancy price's come with a standard oven clean) and not deep oven cleans.
Deep oven cleans have a separate price due the length time & the extra deep cleaning that needs to be spent while doing a deep oven clean (prices for deep oven cleans are listed below).

Denice was brilliant, she cleaned our house from top to bottom with such exceptional attention to detail and so much care. She was timely, efficient and incredibly kind - which is an added bonus to how great her work is. We were amazed by how clean she managed to get the house when it was covered in builders dust and not being lived in for a while.
