We paid for an end of tenancy clean with this company and it was not to the standard of an end of tenancy clean. When the estate agents went in after we were charged an additional £250 for cleaning. They had at least 45 photos of unsatisfactory areas. The company will push you to give a quick reply on whether the clean is to a good standard, however as I am not a professional cleaner it is hard to know what to look for. I also wasn’t told until after the clean that cleaning the greasy extractor above the hob wasn’t included in the clean. I appreciate if it would have been extra but it would have been nice if they had checked - why would I want the whole house cleaned apart from the greasy extractor? I was given a 15% refund, however this didn’t do much to cover the £250 that was taken from our deposit. They can offer to send the cleaners back, but for the amount of cleaning they left I’m not sure how that would help as they clearly didn’t know what they were meant to do. This also doesn’t help if you are out of time for cleaners to be there, which was our situation.
